Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming calls from the customers.
Pleasantly interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve their issues.
Maintain details of enquiries, comments and complaints on CRM.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Follow up on customer interactions.
Maintain customer database on CRM.
