Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls from the customers.
  • Pleasantly interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve their issues.
  • Maintain details of enquiries, comments and complaints on CRM.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. 
  • Follow up on customer interactions. 
  • Maintain customer database on CRM.
